I wake every day around 5a and yet only have the energy to sit with a cup of coffee, watch tv, and maybe journal. However when I make myself workout I find it rewarding and satisfying to have it done before I start the day. I often procrastinate suggesting to myself that I will do it when I get home however when I get home I want to spend the rest of my evening enjoying time with my family, not leaving them behind for a run. Bottom-line for me, is that I have to push myself to make the morning more productive as starting with a workout and meditation serves me far greater than sitting on the couch until I am forced to get in the shower. Taking the advice and running with it...in the morning! :)
