I recently just wrote a blog called "Stop Chasing..." and have been exploring the concept. I am going on 50 this year and find myself contemplating much of what I am doing from the simple post on Facebook after a run to my current career growth and path. It is a heck of a dreadmill we find ourselves on as we continue to chase the next thing, that thing being defined by the thousands of voices casting the noise in our lives. Social Media noise, family noise, friends noise, even the silence gets noisy as our brains roll through it all. I want to stop chasing or so I think I do, but there is still so much more to do. Ugh!
