I am just getting back into running in the morning. I made the decision long ago to get to bed by 9p and up by 5a and have enjoyed the leisure of my mornings without the craze of rushing out the door. I was attracted to this post as I am back in Half Marathon Training mode and need to get these runs done in the AM to avoid missing them at night. This means yet another hour earlier to wake which is not nearly problematic as finding the motivation to run at various challenging paces this early. Coffee may be the trick…time will tell…literally!
